Shipping within the USA: (Please note NEW shipping rates, due to increased charges by UPS & USPS)
*Please include 18% for shipping and handling (minimum of $7.50). Ohio residents must also add 6.25% sales tax. Shipping is by United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS unless other arrangements are made in advance. Please include a street address for shipping as UPS cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Shipping to customers outside the USA:
Please call or email us to arrange for shipping of orders to destinations anywhere outside the continental United States. It may not be possible to provide electrified items to customers outside the United States.

Important Considerations:

Orders will be filled as quickly as possible and in the order they are received. Lighting fixtures and Heirloom Finish pieces will require extra time.
Please remember that each piece is individually produced and completely hand-crafted by a staff of two people.
We will not sacrifice quality in an effort to rush orders. Your complete satisfaction is our goal!
